The folder **"datasets"**

The folder includes the following files:

R.txt

This file contains the list of environmental variables for each pixel in the STOC dataset. The column names represent the environmental variables, while the row names correspond to a unique identifier for each pixel.

L.txt

This file provides counts for each species (indicated by column names) in each pixel (indicated by row names). Note that the row names align with the taxonomy proposed in the Thuiller phylogeny.

Q.txt

This file includes acoustic traits (in the columns) for each species (identified by row names).

grid_cell_info.csv

This file contains the spatial location of the center of each pixel in the STOC grid (projected in EPSG:9001). The columns are as follows:

* **id_carre_num:** Unique identifier for each pixel
* **X:** Longitude
* **Y:** Latitude

taxonomy.csv

This file lists species taxonomy with the following columns:

* **birdlife_sci_name:** BirdLife scientific name
* **thuiller_name:** Scientific name according to Thuiller et al. (2011)
* **English_name:** Common name
* **family_name:** BirdLife family name
* **order_name:** BirdLife order name

subfolder ./labels:

This folder contains temporal labels for "JEAN ROCHE - LES OISEAUX MUSICIENS" (4 CDs).

The folder **"scripts"**

This folder includes script files used to extract acoustic traits and replicate the figures.

subfolder ./traits_extraction:

This subfolder contains Python scripts for extracting acoustic traits. Please refer to the metadata within each file for further details.

subfolder ./statistical_analyses:

This subfolder contains R scripts designed to run ESLTP and CWM analyses. Please refer to the metadata within each file for further details.
