A price survey conducted at supermarkets in Kanazawa City revealed that the average price of 1 kg of lemons in December 2016 was 800 yen. The price of 1 kg of lemons in Kanazawa City was 5 yen higher than the national average. During the period from January 2015 to December 2016 (the past 24 months), the highest price for lemons at supermarkets within Kanazawa City was 816 yen in December 2015, while the lowest price was 701 yen in June 2015. The price difference between the peak and lowest price periods for lemons in the Kanazawa City area (December 2015 and June 2015) was 5 yen.
