This cyber-physical dataset was generated by simulating various power system operating conditions and cyber attacks on an IEC 61850-compliant testbed. The testbed includes a Real-Time Digital Simulator (RTDS) and both physical and virtual Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) in a hardware-in-the-loop configuration. The dataset encompasses a range of scenarios, including: Normal operations Single-phase-to-ground fault Network reconnaissance Device resource exhaustion IEC 61850 GOOSE injection attack IEC 61850 Sampled Values (SV) injection attack For each simulated scenario, the dataset includes the following files: RTDS physical measurement data (.csv) Virtual IED resource monitoring logs (.csv) Virtual IED network traffic captures (.pcapng) In scenarios involving communication-based cyber attacks, network traffic was also captured on the attacker's machine. To improve usability and ensure reproducibility of results, multiple simulations were conducted for each scenario. Finally, to protect sensitive information related to TU Delft and IED vendors, all captured network traffic has been anonymized The code used for dataset pre-processing is provided alongside the dataset.
