SEPP/EEPP - Waves 1&2 - Panel dataset (wide format)

Panel dataset (and codebook) in "wide" format (24 rows, 1 per province, 2 columns per variable). It puts together results from SEPP1 and SEPP2. Each variable has a suffix, either "_1" or "_2", indicating whether it belongs to wave 1 or wave 2. Contains: contextual political variables and the main dependent variables for analysis, which are the indices from from "fair_elec_idx" to "institutional_constr_fidx" (all ending in "_idx" [first-level indices], "_2idx" [second-level indices] or "_fidx" [indices derived from factor analysis]) and the items from p3a_dem to p57_dem (all ending in "_dem"). All of these variables have a theoretical range from 0 (authoritarian) to 1 (democratic). After these variables the dataset contains 1) mean, median, SD, min, max, N, SE(mean) of raw variables (coded as in the questionnaire) and, 2) same statistics (except N) for normalized variables (0 to 1 scale). Normalized variables contain one of these three symbols: _P (positive coding), _N (negative coding) or _O (neutral coding). Contains created variable p29_30, and three variables that were collapsed to proportions instead of means: p20_prop, p23_prop and p25_prop.
