Transcriptome sequencing of barley infected with Pyrenophora teres f. teres

This project aimed to capture total RNA populations during net form net blotch infection. Barley (Hordeum vulgare cv. RGT Planet) was infected with various Pyrenophora teres f. teres isolates collected from Southern Western Australian fields. This data captures RNA populations expressed by both the host and pathogen three days post inoculation. RNA was sequenced using both a Nanopore direct RNA protocol and SureSelect XT HS2 mRNA library preparation sequenced using Illumina technology.
