In order to explore the changes of gene level of GBM, we selected patients who came to our hospital and underwent surgical resection. The postoperative pathology was WHO IV grade. The surgical tissues were stored in the -80 refrigerator. We selected 14 surgical samples removed between 2018 and 2020 and sent them for second-generation sequencing.
