Resistance to MAP-kinase Pathway Inhibitors in Metastatic Melanoma. Homo sapiens

To investigate clinical mechanisms of resistance MAP-kinase pathway inhibitors in metastatic melanoma, we performed whole exome sequencing and transcriptome sequencing on pre-treatment, post-resistance, and, in some cases, on-treatment tumor biopsies obtained from patients treated with RAF inhibitors or RAF/MEK inhibitor combinations.
