Detectability - Sinitcyn数据集包含来自六种不同人类细胞系（GM12878、HeLa S3、HepG2、hES1、HUVEC和K562）的底部向上蛋白质组学数据，采用深度分馏（24-80个馏分）和三种不同的碎片化方法（HCD、CAD和ETD）。所有细胞系都用六种不同的蛋白酶（LysC、LysN、AspN、胰凝乳蛋白酶、GluC和胰蛋白酶）进行消化。数据集由丹麦奥尔堡大学与慕尼黑工业大学Wilhelmlab合作策划，并基于PXD024364数据集。数据集旨在用于训练、微调和评估给定肽序列的可检测性预测模型。
This dataset contains bottom-up proteomics data from six different human cell lines (GM12878, HeLa S3, HepG2, hES1, HUVEC, and K562), deep fractioning (24–80 fractions) and three different fragmentation methods (HCD, CAD and ETD). All cell lines were digested with six different proteases (LysC, LysN, AspN, chymotrypsin, GluC and trypsin). The dataset is intended to be used for training, fine-tuning, and evaluating detectability prediction models, given a peptide sequence.
