We performed RNA-Seq of the total RNA from olfactory epithelia of the Fzd1 knockout, Fzd1 ectopic expression mice, and mice with Fzd1 ectopic expression only at P0 to study the gene expression change associated with Fzd1. The samples include several time points between P0 to P14 and allow the time course study of gene expression. Overall design: P0, P3, P7, P10, P14 olfactory epithelia samples from Fzd1 knockout and Fzd1 ectopic expression mice with replicates were analyzed. P1, P3, P7, P10, P14 olfactory epithelia samples from Fzd1 ectopic expression mice given DOX at P0 with replicates were analyzed
