24 hrs heat duration

Flow cytometry data for the 24 hrs heat duration treatment completed on 19 August 2024. Data from the inoculation is annotated as "Day 0". This treatment had 4 days in total (see Figure 1 of main text).<br>The top folder contains the analysis and summary data for each day: ".fey" files contain the flow cytometry analysis completed in FCS Express and ".xlsx" files contain the cell counts estimated from FCS Express. The top folder also contains a copy of the plate layout (platelayout.png) and the calculations for diluting the four overnight cultures to equal densities (dilution_calculations.xlsx).<br>Subfolders (Day0, Day1, Day2, etc) contain the flow cytometry raw data for each day: ".acs" files contain the data for each individual well (including compensation, thresholds, and voltages) and ".csv" files contain the data summary for all wells as produced by Attune Cytometry Software (only well volume was analyzed from these files).
