Base level regional delivery-sustainable agriculture

This proposal builds on existing successful NRM North programs that have been developed following extensive community consultation and effective adaptive management over the past 10 years. This project works with multiple delivery mechanisms such as on-ground activities, action orientated learning, sub-regional facilitators, regional Landcare facilitator, program coordinators and property management planning. The resulting benefits include provision of support to the community, empowered local NRM groups and knowledgeable and inspired farmers, and on-ground results in terms of improved practices and more resilient production systems and ecosystems.

本提案基于过往十年间经广泛社区征询与有效适应性管理所开发的成熟北部自然资源管理（NRM North）项目。本项目采用多元实施机制，涵盖实地实操活动、行动导向型学习、次区域协调员、区域土地保育（Landcare）协调员、项目协调员及地块管理规划等工作模式。项目可带来多重收益：为社区提供支持，赋能本地NRM团体，培育兼具专业素养与实践热忱的农户；同时在实地层面取得优化实操规范、构建韧性更强的生产系统与生态系统等成效。
