Limited English Neighborhoods

Limited English Neighborhood layer was modeled after a similar layer produced by Pennoni and ejscreen technical documentation for Limited English Speaking Household. It uses the LU clipping process of Pennoni's workflow and considers all non-Englishspeaking fields to calculate Limited English Percentsimilarto how EJScreendetermines Limited English Speaking Households for the Supplemental Index. Workflow steps: Analysis for creating the Limited English Neighborhoods layer Add fields for Limited English Percent (Total) Calculate Limited English Percent (total) Field, LIMITEDENGLISH_CURRENT. Populate previous LEP totals from previous version Calculate a % Change from last version.
