Sequencing of DSM265- and Genz669178-resistant malaria parasites

Sequencing of malaria parasites with evolved resistance to small molecules can be used to infer mechanism of action of the molecules. In this study, we used small molecules known to target parasite DHODH to identify resistance mutations and allow for smarter design of molecules targeting this enzyme.
