**Compliance status of fixed installations**
The following tables provide an overview of the free allocation amounts and the quantities of allowances surrendered for a given year for installations located in Luxembourg.
An operator is in compliance if the sum of the allowances is equal to the sum of the emissions in tonnes of CO2 reported and verified by an accredited verifier.
**Compliance status of aircraft operators**
The following tables show the quantities of allowances allocated free of charge and the quantities of allowances surrendered for a given year for aircraft operators administered by Luxembourg.
An operator is in compliance if the sum of the allowances is equal to the sum of the CO2 emissions reported and verified by an accredited verifier.
