Parent-of-origin detection and chromosome-scale haplotyping using long-read DNA methylation sequencing and Strand-seq

Demonstration of the ability to assign parent of origin for variants using only the genetic material of the proband, by combining Nanopore sequencing with short-read Strand-seq and extending phasing from variants to imprinted regions.
