Transcriptome Sequencing of Porcine Testis and Epididymal Tail
收藏资源简介:
This study aims to explore the mitigation mechanism of lycopene against heat stress-induced reproductive damage in boars, focusing on its tissue-specific protective effects against oxidative stress and inflammation in key reproductive tissues (testis and epididymal tail) as well as its role in improving semen quality, with transcriptomic analysis to assist in deciphering the relevant molecular mechanisms. Practically, this research provides a viable nutritional strategy for intensive pig production to alleviate the impacts of heat stress, safeguard boar reproductive performance, and reduce economic losses; academically, it fills the research gap in understanding lycopene's reproductive protective mechanisms under heat stress, offering references for mammalian reproductive biology research and translational applications in veterinary medicine.
