该仿真数据来源于半导体激光器仿真软件ALDS。仿真器件为所设计1.31um掺铁掩埋的激光器部分,过ALDS软件对所设计掺铁掩埋波导结构进行光场特性仿真,验证了所设计波导结构的合理性,从而保证了课题高速电吸收调制激光器芯片研制顺利进行。主要观测数据包括:激光器阈值特性数据和光场特性数据,数据量为200KB
This simulation dataset is derived from the semiconductor laser simulation software ALDS. The simulated device is the designed 1.31 μm iron-doped buried laser component. Optical field characteristic simulations were conducted on the as-designed iron-doped buried waveguide structure via ALDS, which verified the rationality of the proposed waveguide structure and ensured the smooth progress of the research and development of high-speed electro-absorption modulated laser chips for this project. The main observed data include laser threshold characteristic data and optical field characteristic data, with a total data volume of 200 KB.
