A reupload of certain unmodified genomes from the North Sea spring phytoplankton dataset. The genomes were previously uploaded as generic analyses, and as such were not in the INSDC database. We assembled and binned the metagenomic datasets of the COGITO project. Assembly was done using SPAdes v3.10, while binning was done using anvi'o and CONCOCT to produce manually curated and thus consistent MAG sequences with low redundancy.
