The goal of this study is to identify nucleoosme occupancies in leukemic cells treated with HDAC1,2 inhibitor SupB15 cells were treated with 2uM ACY0135 for 62hr. SupB15 cells were mixed with Drosophila S2 cells at a ratio of 4:1. Mnase digestion was performed as described in the manuscript. The sequencing was perfomed with 3 DMSO control samples and 3 ACY1035 treated samples.
