Dataset Description This dataset is designed for use with the SIGnature package, which enables rapid querying of gene sets across many scRNA-seq datasets by leveraging precomputed gene attribution scores. Key Details Cell Type Annotations: The cell types in this dataset were predicted using the SCimilarity package Included Cell Types: intestinal tuft cell ionocyte keratinocyte kidney proximal convoluted tubule epithelial cell luminal cell of prostate epithelium luminal epithelial cell of mammary gland lung secretory cell megakaryocyte melanocyte mesothelial cell mucus secreting cell myofibroblast cell paneth cell parietal epithelial cell progenitor cell pulmonary ionocyte respiratory basal cell secretory cell smooth muscle cell type I pneumocyte type II pneumocyte vascular associated smooth muscle cell File Structure Each file is compressed and can be extracted with the command “tar -xzf [FILE]” Within the extracted folder, you will find Cell Metadata: a compressed CSV file (“cell_metadata.csv.gz”) containing cell-level metadata Attribution Data: A TileDB object (“attributions”) containing precomputed attributions that are compatible with the SIGnature package.
