This one is a comparative study of the strawberry microbiome. After field investigation, we found that the wild species are widely distributed in southwest China, and no obvious pathogenic symptoms were observed, this wild species seem to have good adaptability and disease resistance. Cultivated strawberry was widely planted in China, and prone to infection with a variety of diseases. In addition to species differences, we believe that their microbiome may also be responsible for the phenotypic differences between two strawberries. In this regard, we designed a comparative study on the microbiome of the wild species and Cultivated strawberry, trying to analyze the composition, structure and differences of microorganisms. This study provides theoretical guidance and data support for the biological control of strawberry diseases and isolation of culturable growth-promoting and disease-resistant strains.
