Photon-number and click events of SNSPDs and their POVMs

This contains two data sets "8-bin TMD" and "PNR SNSPD". The 8-bin TMD data contains click events of an 8-bin time-multiplexed SNSPD for coherent input states with varying mean photon numbers, and the resulting positive operator-valued measures (POVMs) of the detector. The PNR SNSPD data contains photon-number events of an SNSPD (based on arrival-time measurements) for coherent input states with varying mean photon numbers, and the resulting positive operator-valued measures (POVMs) of the detector.
