This dataset provides genome assemblies (FASTA) and corresponding gene annotations (GFF3/GTF) for four bat species analyzed in the study “Decoding dual regulatory layers: integrating differential expression and alternative splicing dynamics in the evolution of laryngeal echolocation across chiropteran lineages.” The species include two laryngeal echolocators (Rhinolophus sinicus, Myotis pilosus) and two non-laryngeal echolocating pteropodids (Cynopterus sphinx, Rousettus leschenaultii). These files are shared to ensure full reproducibility and open reuse of our comparative expression and splicing analyses.
