Supplementary data (see Related Materials).csv file, "d15Noto_and_d15Ncb_data_20251103.csv": Contains all nitrogen isotope measurements reported for otoliths and coral presented in the main text (see Related Materials). Otolith and coral specimens are from mid-Holocene (~7ka) and sub-Recent (modern) reef sedimentary deposits in Bocas del Toro, Panama, and southern Dominican Republic (see Related Materials).xlsx file, "fish_size_imageJ.xlsx": Contains all fish otolith length measurements used for reconstructing fish standard length. For original images of otoliths used for imageJ-based otolith length measurements, refer to Fish otolith images used for imageJ-based otolith length measurements. Additionally, refer to Example images of modern and fossil (mid-Holocene) <i>Porites furcata</i> coral fragments from marine sediments. txt file, "readme.txt": Contains additional descriptions of csv files.
