The data consists of physiological data that includes the anthropometric and demographic characteristics of the participants. In addition, haemtological, biochemical and genetic data were obtained to identify the predictors of heat intolerance. Anthropometric data were obatined using the Tanita biompedance scale, while physiological measurements such as temperature were obtained using a rectal probe. Heart rate was obtained using a heart rate monitor. Haematological, biochemical and genetic data were obatied from blood samples obtained from the participants. Haematological data were analysed using an automated hematology analyser, while biochemical data were analysed using a chemistry analyser. All genetic data  were amplified in polymerase chain reactions, cleaned, quantified, normalised, sequenced and analysed for SNP.
