资源简介：
BacWGSTdb, is designed for monitoring the emergence and outbreak of important bacterial pathogens. In detail, it serves two particular purposes: Typing & Tracking. The former refers to an integrated genotyping at both the traditional multi-locus sequence typing (MLST) and whole-genome sequencing typing (WGST) level. The latter refers to source tracking (i.e., finding highly similar isolates) according to the typing result and isolates information stored in BacWGSTdb.
