(A) CD11b+ monocytes from the footpad, lymph node and spleen were classified into different populations according to their Ly6C expression using flow cytometry. (B) The percentage of total cells recovered from each tissue in B6.WT (closed circles) and B6.CCR7-/- (open circles) mice was determined for each population.
