光学元器件偏心与间距测量数据是浙江舜宇光学有限公司对研制的4334B镜头的中心偏、中心厚度和间隙进行不同设备对比测量的数据。采用的测量仪器有FOGALE LENSMAP 与UA3P以及本项目自主研制的精密光学器件在线综合检测仪样机。测试过程按照测试评价方法中的测试步骤操作,准确性和相关性以LENSMAP 、UA3P测试的值为标准值,GR&R测试数据由精密光学器件在线综合测试仪样机测试来分析其量测系统。

Eccentricity and spacing measurement data of optical components are data collected through comparative measurements of centering error, central thickness and gap of the self-developed 4334B lens by Zhejiang Sunny Optical Technology Co., Ltd. The measurement instruments adopted include FOGALE LENSMAP, UA3P and the prototype of the on-line comprehensive detector for precision optical components independently developed by this project. The test procedure was carried out in accordance with the test steps specified in the test evaluation methodology. The accuracy and correlation of the test results are evaluated with the values measured by LENSMAP and UA3P as the standard reference values, while the GR&R measurement data is generated by the on-line comprehensive detector prototype for precision optical components to analyze its measurement system.
