The effect of Siamese grass on intestinal microorganisms of weaned piglets

Twenty-eight 21-day-old weaned boars were fed with a basic diet for 7 days, and then the formal experiment began at the age of 28 days with an initial weight of about 8 kg. They were divided into three groups: control group; Diet supplemented with 0.1% vanilla-grass group; Diet supplemented with 0.5% vanilla-grass group; After 28 days of experiment, the ileal contents were collected, and the composition of bacteria and fungi was detected in the three groups. The ileum tissues of the control group and the 0.1% group were used as transcriptome.
