Vertical Wind Data from NCAR C-130 and NOAA P-3 Comparison Flight. Version 1.0

This data set contains the vertical wind data from the NSF/NCAR C-130 and the NOAA P-3 comparison flight on 29 June 2013 during the Nitrogen, Oxidants, Mercury and Aerosol Distributions, Sources and Sinks (NOMADSS) project, part of the Southeast Atmosphere Study (SAS). Included is the quality controlled netCDF file that has the measured and meteorological derived parameters in it. Pressure Altitude (altPA.d) was selected as the altimeter source for deriving vertical wind. Also included is an ASCII text file that contains the instrumentation selections used for creating the quality controlled netCDF file.
