资源简介:
The incidence of methamphetamine (METH) abuse is particularly high among adolescents and women of childbearing age, leading to an increasing number of children with prenatal exposure. In the current study, we render novel insights into the epigenetic correlation of drug exposure and provide evidence for epigenetic characteristics that link prenatal METH exposure to the intensity of the same drug-induced addictive behavior in adulthood. In further, the data resource of DNA methylation signature changes in NAc supplied in our work, which was functionally enriched in the pathways associated with drug addiction and neurodevelopment, also provides a reference for studying the function of specific epigenetic modification in promoting the inter-generation behavioral sensitization in offspring.
