资源简介:
This study revealed that the biological roles of EIF2AK2 in islet cell apoptosis and inflammation can be predicted by its regulatory network. These roles may be mediated via the modulation of apoptosis-related gene transcription and alternative splicing. This connection might be crucial for the pathogenesis and progression of DM. Overall design: Bioinformatics analysis and full transcriptional sequencing (RNA-seq) were conducted on INS1 cells derived from the control and the EIF2AK2 upregulation groups to identify regulatedalternative splicing events (RASEs) and differentially expressed genes (DEGs). The DEGs and RASEs were subsequently validated via RT-qPCR.
