This dataset contains 14 files which are matched with each figure.
The data of Source data files Fig. 1 demonstrated that osteolineage cells transfer mitochondria to myeloid cells.
The data of Source data files Fig. 2 and Supplementary Fig. 3 demonstrated that osteolineage cells transfer mitochondria to osteoclastic lineage cells.
The data of Source data files Fig. 3 and Supplementary Fig. 3 demonstrated that osteolineage cells derived mitochondria inhibit osteoclast activities.
The data of Source data files Fig. 4 and Supplementary Fig. 4 demonstrated that Miro1 mediates the mitochondria transfer from osteolineage to osteoclastic lineage cells.
