Taper roller bearing datasets
收藏资源简介:
Vibration signals with 12,800 Hz sampling rates were recorded under six fault conditions (healthy, inner race, outer race, roller element, compound fault, and cage defect) producing 6,624 sample windows that are used to make all assessments. The experiments were conducted on a laboratory bearing fault simulator using artificially induced defects created by Wire-Cut EDM with a fixed defect size of 0.5 mm (width and depth). These defects represent well-developed, localized macro-scale faults rather than the progressive degradation process leading to failure. The study focused on discrete fault classification into six clearly distinguishable health states under controlled operating conditions. The data of vibration were tested at three different shaft speeds, i.e. 500 RPM, 700 RPM and 1,500 RPM.
