Data for: Coral-associated denitrification is seasonally variable and species-specific

A datatset including the seasonal denitrification rates and isotope and elemental data of four Red Sea coral species including Stylophora pistillata, Acropora sp., Millepora dichotoma and Tubastrea coccinea. Corals were sampled every other month in the central Red Sea, generating six evenly spaced timepoints between April 2022 and February 2023. The dataset also contains background environmental data.
