Alloprof

Alloprof is a French-language question-answering educational dataset co-created by the Quebec Artificial Intelligence Institute and Polytechnique Montréal. It contains 29,349 multi-disciplinary questions and their corresponding explanations from 10,368 students. The dataset is collected via the Alloprof public forum, ensuring the appropriateness and relevance of all questions and explanations. In addition to textual content, 24.7% of the questions include images, reflecting the modern trend where students use smartphones to take photos of their questions to provide better contextual information. The dataset is mainly applied in the education field, aiming to help students quickly find relevant learning materials and improve learning efficiency through information retrieval technologies.
