RNA sequencing of blood-resident Eµ-myc lymphoma cells from TpoTg mice post tumour transplant revealed upregulated hallmark gene sets associated with inflammatory response, when compared to Eµ-myc tumour transplanted wild-type mice. Murine mCherry+Eµ-myc lymphoma cells were transplanted into TpoTg and wild-type mice. Total RNA was prepared from FACS sorted tumour cells from blood of tumour bearing mice and RNA-seq was performed.
