Identification of genes regulated by pri and ken in late Drosophila embryos

We aim to identify genes commonly repressed by pri and ken in epidermis of Drosophila embryos. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of control, pri mutant and ken mutant embryos. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for control, ken and pri mutant embryos.
