Lipidomics dataset - renal tubules from male and female mice analyzed at 0 or 6 hours post isolation from murine kidneys

LC-MS/MS lipidomics profiling of renal tubules from male and female murine kidneys was performed immedieatelly after isolation (0 hours) or six hours post-isolation from the organs. The analysis included chromatographic C30 RPC separation followed by aquisition of mass spectra by data dependent aquisition (DDA) on a Orbitrap Exploris 240 instrument (Thermo Fischer Scientific). Two separate acquisitions per sample were used to obtain spectra in the positive and negative ion mode.
