A list of taxonomic papers and sequences in GenBank that contain natural history museum codes

This database contains a list of taxonomic papers whose text contains natural history museum codes as well as information on these particular papers. The main taxonomic focus of each paper as well as the number of citations each paper has received is also recorded. These papers were obtained from BioStor (http://biostor.org/). The database also contains the number of DNA sequences in GenBank attributed to specimens belonging to various natural history museums. All data was provided by Professor Roderic Page.
