Dataset of Dynamic Strength training and Dynamic Endurance training

Here is the dataset for Numeric pain rating scale and Neck disability index for Dynamic strength training and dynamic endurance training groups in patients with mechanical neck pain before and after treatment. The objective was to compare effectiveness of two different exercise regimen in individuals with mechanical neck pain.本数据集涵盖机械性颈痛患者治疗前后的相关数据，包含数字疼痛评分量表（Numeric Pain Rating Scale）与颈部功能障碍指数（Neck Disability Index）的评估结果，分别对应动态力量训练组与动态耐力训练组。本研究旨在对比两种不同运动方案对机械性颈痛患者的干预有效性。
