DescriptionThis dataset contains compressed archives of multiple human reference resources and associated indexes for sequence alignment and contaminant filtering. Specifically, it includes: A custom Kraken2 human database (built September 2024) for use with the HumanFilt tool GRCh38 (GCF_000001405.40) reference genome with BWA index T2T CHM13 v2.0 reference genome with Bowtie2 index HPRC v1.1 reference assembly with Minimap2 index GENCODE v44 reference transcripts and Minimap2 index UniVec_Core database (August 2024 release; k=27, hdist=1) for contaminant screening
