Soil moisture and meteorological observations from young and old forest stands over an 8-year period

This dataset contains observed soil moisture and meteorological data collected from young and old forest stands over an 8-year period. Measurements were obtained using in situ sensors installed at multiple soil depths. The dataset includes daily observations of soil moisture along with corresponding meteorological variables. These data support the analysis presented in the associated study and can be used for hydrological and ecological research.
