资源简介:
A need for authentic and varied assessment in Higher Education has driven the development of novel assessment formats. As a result, podcast assignments have risen in popularity. However, it is not clear how and where these are being implemented or what skills are developed by students. This data represents the findings of a systematic review which aimed to explore the use of podcasts as a summative assessment format in a Higher Education setting. Searches of six databases, Google Scholar, and citation searching identified 2,492 studies shown in Tab 1. Further to this, 21 reports (20 studies) were included for review at full text screening, shown in Tab 2. Reporting was guided by the PRISMA methodology, and results were thematically analysed, results shown in tab 3. PRISMA checklists for the review are also provided.
