Files for CMR analysis with CJS model- Hollingbury only

This folder contains the raw capture record for the Hollingbury Serotine bats population (females only), formatted to be read in MARK or RMark (in R) and modelled using a CJS approach. In addition, the folder also contains the MARK files for the CJS models that were run.本文件夹包含霍林伯里大棕蝠（仅雌性种群）的原始捕获记录，该记录的格式可适配MARK软件或R语言环境下的RMark包，支持采用Cormack-Jolly-Seber（CJS）方法开展建模分析。此外，本文件夹还包含已运行的CJS模型对应的MARK格式文件。
