Bicycle Infrastructure Network

This dataset shows the cycling infrastructure across Metropolitan Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo. The dataset was extracted and modified using data from [OpenStreetMap (OSM)](https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright) and simplified into high\\-level categories of cycling infrastructure as outlined in the supporting documentation. The OSM data has been enhanced by the Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) to increase the coverage and detail of cycling infrastructure in these regions. **Disclaimer**While every measure has been taken by DTP to ensure accuracy, errors may remain in the dataset.
