Vaginal microbiome profiles (based 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing) of Egyptian women frequenting an OB/GYN clinic in the city of Beni Suef, south of Cairo.This project is a pilot study to characterize the main composition of the microbiome of Egyptian women (aged 20-30 years) with no underlying health conditions, eight (8) of which are in healthy conditions and ten (10) with unhealthy vaginal condition.
