Draft genome assembly for the land snail Candiudla unifasciata (Gastropoda: Geomitride)

Here we present the draft genome sequence of the land snail Candidula unifasciata, a representative of the highly diverse Geomitridae family from western Palearctic region and Macaronesia. Analyses are based on Illumina pair-end, PacBio and Oxford Nanopore Technologies sequencing. The genome was assembled by using wtdbg2 and gene predictions using GeMoMa, Snap and Evidence Modeler.
