Enhance Village Government Portal Knowledge and Communication using Knowledge Management Systems

Since villages are the primary socioeconomic stratum of society that underpins the central government structure, they play a significant role in a government. Due to the widespread use of information technology, village management has advanced to the point where practically all administrative tasks and community activities may be handled through the village government website application. The efficacy of the village government website's performance is assessed in this study using the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) methodology. Additionally, the performance of the existing website system activities—that is, the information technology performance—is evaluated using the IT Balanced Scorecard. One hundred people who used the company's information systems participated in the poll. The results of the study revealed four (four) new factors that significantly impacted overall system performance: information quality factors, information system integration factors, application usability factors, and IT division service or support factors. In order to achieve the best results, the four factors that were created can then be regarded as independent variables that can be linked to both the output factor score from the factor analysis process and the importance of comprehending the measurement results as a dependent variable. The creation of an IT performance evaluation model as a follow-up to the launch of the village government website is one way that the study's findings benefit the organization.
