Data for "An Automated Electrochemistry Platform for Accelerating the Characterization of Enzymatic Electrochemistry" Data folder contains an h5 file with all CV data from the automated experiments (>10,000 CVs) that can be loading into pandas as a dataframe that include the enzyme identity, substrate identity, relevant concentrations, scan rate, and replicate #. An example code for the automated experiments ('Automated experiment.py') is included in the code folder.Manual experiments performed for Figure 4 are also included.'Data processing.ipynb' contains all the processing and plotting used in this work.
